Mental health reminder:

  • Rest every day and every week
  • Try to get enough sleep
  • Do fun things
  • Move a little in a way that you enjoy
  • Eat regularly and vary your diet
  • Spend time with your loved ones and pets
  • Do some relaxation exercises
  • Find some online info or support environment (e.g., Peaasi.ee)
  • Ask at the pharmacy or health store for vitamins, minerals, or herbal preparations that boost mood and the nervous system
