Let’s get acquainted!
Hello! I am Kaisa
I’m genuinely happy that you’ve found your way to this page and are interested in me! Like you, I’m a traveler in this world, with an exciting story to tell, challenges overcome, and victories, both big and small, won. As far as I can remember, I have always been accompanied on this diverse journey by analysis, curiosity, and the search for deeper connections. This is probably largely what led me here today, to work with people, to sail into the vastness of the human soul and psyche, and to bring clarity to it.

Years ago, when I was still working in an international IT company designing casino games, I suddenly felt that my activity lacked direction, sufficient meaning, and any greater purpose. Soon enough, I found myself in a 4-year program at a transpersonal psychology school while still working. This was followed by a whole series of different thematic short courses, a half-year advanced training for therapists, a second 4-year body psychotherapy school, a peer counselling training, and finally, open studies at Tallinn University.
My more focused interest in the human soul and psyche began with perhaps the most transformative event of my life when I was completely unexpectedly struck by a spontaneous mystical experience (something similar to a peak experience). It really shook up my understanding of this world. I became interested in everything that is not visible to the eye in the physical world, primarily to find out exactly what it was that I experienced. From there, I found my way to various meditation practices and mindfulness, which are very close to my heart, which I practice daily, recommend, and teach to my clients as well. These have been a great catalyst for my self-development and the basis for any change and success in this field.

From this experience came my conscious spiritual growth and the realisation that I wanted to help others to go through a similar transformation, that I wanted to contribute my time to something that was important to me and would help promote human well-being and self-development and thereby contribute to society at large. And so here I am, 5 years into my psychology studies, countless internships, further training and courses, specialist books and body psychotherapy school aside, my unrelenting and rather ambitious desire to understand how human beings work, probably offers me opportunities for lifelong learning and self-development for many years to come. If on this journey I can help some more people on the way to improve their lives and relationships, to offer human understanding and connection, what more could I want from life!
